This year 67 members of Lliswerry & NEWT took part. There were battles within battles.

Reputations are now in tatters! But thanks everyone for a fun few days.

Wednesday 7th December - 5k Run
Thursday 8th December - Swim (session 2) at Community Centre Bettws
Sunday 13th December - Bike and Gym Challenge, Prize ceremony at Forum (Celtic Manor Hotel Gym)
