We are Newport's friendly running club
We are all different standards and speeds
No one gets left behind

We meet at 6:30pm every Wednesday at Newport Tennis Centre, Spytty Park next to Newport Stadium. We welcome new faces to these sessions (good for all standards)and to our other sessions on Tuesdays and Sundays. 

You will receive a warm, friendly welcome.

Whatever your ability we can help you improve through a variety of training sessions and running routes. 

....and it's much more fun running in company!
