Welsh Castles Relay 2008

Anonymous writes: "Hi to everyone at Lliswerry,
Just a quick line to say thanks to all your runners and supporters at the Castles for their friendliness and camaaderie. Hope all your gang had a good time despite the embarrassment of letting a group of English crocks and old timers beat you. The competition between our clubs for the much prized (and battered) Dragon trophy adds icing to a great weekend.
Wishing your club successful and enjoyable running until we next meet.
Regards,
Colin Jones.
Chairman.
Eastleigh Running Club."

London 10k Race anyone?
Posted by kellyw on: Monday 12 May @ 12:28:44

St Davids Foundation have asked me if there is any members in the club who would be interested in running the London 10k race on July 6th?
Its obv not the same as the marathon but has a huge crowd and is a great run!
You dont have to raise a set amount of money...but anything raised would be great..
For more info please contact Vicki:-Victoria.Bateman@stdavidsfoundation.co.uk

This is a fab local charity and anything raised will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Kelly
