We are Newport's friendly running club.
We meet at 6:30pm every Wednesday at Newport Tennis Centre, Spytty Park next to Newport Stadium.We welcome beginners and new members to any of our club nights.
You will receive a warm, friendly welcome.
Whatever your ability we can help you improve through a variety of training sessions and running routes.

Howard is fundraising for Velindre Cancer Centre

Howard is hoping to raise as much as he can for the ‘Cutting Edge Appeal’, that aims to provide the most up-to-date IMRT radiotherapy treatment for people with head and neck cancers. The main event is is run in the Virgin London Marathon on 25th April 2010.
